		<description>Hi Rob,

This is great advice. I too have a database of contacts that I have been accumulating for years. One of my challenges is keeping my PDA and my computer properly synced. I recently downloaded a tool that was supposed to help identify and eliminate duplicates; it did what it was supposed to do, but I could not make sense out of it afterwards;. It is a good thing I had a back up of my database or it would have been a disaster.

Thanks for the great post. I enjoy reading your blog.
