I think that second stage comes once you gain some experience and confidence in a field, and you realize that caring about the company's/client's success ultimately makes you more successful. When you're just starting out, you often don't have that confidence that is the foundation for a "giving" mindset. But when you do, and you realize that what you give comes back tenfold, it is an amazing thing. This is so true, Rob.
