I think that second stage comes once you gain some experience and confidence in a field, and you realize that caring about the company&#039;s/client&#039;s success ultimately makes you more successful. When you&#039;re just starting out, you often don&#039;t have that confidence that is the foundation for a &quot;giving&quot; mindset. But when you do, and you realize that what you give comes back tenfold, it is an amazing thing.</description>
