When I first came to the Twin Cities in 1969 I knew almost no one, so I understand being on the “outside looking in” and trying to figure out how to get the business support you need. I also didn’t know very much about financing, so I had two strikes against me, ignorance and no contacts!

In most of the finance deals in which I have been involved, it is the owner of the business that sells the financing, not a middle man. I have been very fortunate to get to know these lenders and their representatives well and can now provide insight into their lending philosophies and loan criteria. By using this experience and knowledge to prepare my clients well, I have been able to ensure that they get the best deal they can from a lender who knows what he/she is doing and can support their business needs, not just today, but in the future.
